Small jobs, finished in minutes
alltoollab is a free site for jobs that take a few minutes: counting the words in an essay, working out a mortgage payment, merging PDFs, or shrinking a photo. The tools are grouped into text, calculators, PDF and images.
Each language site has calculators built around its own rules. The English site has mortgage, GPA and US sales tax calculators, and the Korean site has severance pay, annual leave and VAT calculators.
You do not need an account. Open a tool, enter your values, and the result appears right away.
Your text and files stay on your device
Text, PDF and image processing runs in your browser, so what you enter is not sent to this site. That includes files you would hesitate to send anywhere, such as a signed contract or a draft résumé.
Some preferences and drafts entered into text tools may be saved in this browser’s storage so you can pick up where you left off. On a shared computer, clear the input when you finish.
Calculator results are estimates
Rates, deductions, dates and rounding rules change, and your own situation may differ from the standard case a calculator assumes. Each tool page explains what it calculates and where its limits are. For payroll, tax or loan decisions, check the result against an official source or a qualified professional.
