Turn photos and scans into one PDF
Many forms and websites ask for a single PDF, but the documents you have are photos: a receipt taken with your phone, the pages of a signed contract, an ID card front and back, a set of screenshots. This tool combines JPG and PNG images into one tidy PDF, one image per page, without installing anything and without uploading your files.
Page size and layout
- A4 and US Letter are standard paper sizes, ideal when the PDF may be printed or submitted to an office. Each image is scaled to fit the page and centered.
- Same as image makes every page exactly the size of its image, so there are no white borders.
- Orientation can be set automatically, which turns each page to portrait or landscape to match the image, or fixed for all pages.
- Margin adds white space around each image; small is about 6 mm and large about 13 mm.
Correct orientation, automatically
Cameras and phones usually store a photo in the sensor’s orientation and add an EXIF tag that tells viewers how to rotate it. Many converters ignore that tag, and photos end up sideways in the PDF. This converter reads the tag and applies the rotation or mirroring when it places the image, without re-encoding the photo, so the result looks the same as in your gallery and keeps full quality.
Tips for good results
- Photograph documents in good light and fill the frame to make text readable.
- Crop photos before converting if you want the page to contain only the document.
- Put the images in the right order before converting; rearranging pages later requires the reorder tool.
- For multi-page scans, choose A4 or Letter so every page has the same size.
Privacy
All processing happens locally. The images are read by your browser, the PDF is built on your device and nothing is sent to a server.
Frequently asked questions
- Will my phone photos appear sideways?
- No. Phones often save photos sideways and record the correct rotation in the image's EXIF data. The converter reads that information and places each photo the right way up.
- Which image formats are supported?
- JPG (JPEG) and PNG. For other formats such as HEIC or WebP, convert or export them to JPG first; most phones and photo apps can do this.
- Are my images uploaded?
- No. The PDF is created in your browser. Your photos never leave your device, which matters for ID cards, receipts and personal documents.
- Does converting reduce image quality?
- JPG images are placed in the PDF without being re-compressed, so they keep their original quality. PNG images are stored losslessly.
- What does "Same as image" page size mean?
- Each page is made exactly as large as its image, with an optional margin. This is useful for screenshots or artwork where you do not want white borders.
- Why is my PDF so large?
- The PDF contains your original images at full resolution. Photos from modern phones are several megabytes each. Resize the photos before converting if you need a smaller file.
